How much do I pay upfront?
Only the €250 consultancy fee. The management fee applies if the project goes ahead.
How long does the process take?
Usually 6–12 weeks from initial assessment to completion, depending on scope and contractor availability.
Who receives the SEAI grant?
SEAI grants are paid after works are completed and documentation is approved. For the OSS route, the €350 Home Energy Assessment is handled via the One-Stop Shop provider.
